ARRIVE EARLY! Your party starts and ends at the reserved time. Arriving late will take away from you and your guests’ full party experience.
Booty shorts, and sleeveless tops are always welcomed and encouraged. The more skin contact the better for pole parties. No Heels.
Make sure you don’t apply any lotion the day of your party to ensure a good grip on the pole.
Remove any jewelry prior to the start of your class. Not only can it cause injury to you, but you are responsible for any damage that you cause.
How to have the best experience:
Alcohol/ intoxication Policy:
Any persons that arrive intoxicated / under the influence will NOT be allowed to participate and WILL be charged as a guest to the party. NEXXUS MOVEMENT has the right to refuse to allow in, or ask to leave, anyone that appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol with no refund.

Attire Reminders:
Pole - Short shorts or ones you can roll up! T-shirt/ tank/ something that makes you feel comfortable & sexy. The more skin you have available to the pole the better. Bring socks!
Chair - Leggings/ yoga pants/ leg warmers. T-shirt/ tank/ something that makes you feel comfortable & sexy. Bring socks!
Twerk - Shorts that allow your booty to jiggle!! T-shirt/ tank/ something that makes you feel comfortable & sexy. *Kneepads if you have them. We have a few pairs to borrow at the studio. Bring Socks!
Burlesque - Leggings/ yoga pants/ leg warmers. T-shirt/ tank/ something that makes you feel comfortable & sexy. Gloves will be provided. Bring socks!

We are located in the back of the building. Our door faces in the direction of Olive St.
We have a decal on our glass door. Locate our door in the back of the building in the back parking lot- same door as Hello Hair.
Parking:
Street parking is all free! Do not park in the parking lot in the back of the building.
Orange, Shelby & Olive St. all provide short walking distance parking options.
Goodwill is also a permittable parking spot and walkable.
